Returns are for REPLACEMENT ONLY.
No cash/credit/store credit/gift card refunds will be given.
As our ornaments are filled with customized arrangements from your personal floral and accessories, ornaments cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping.
Ornaments can also be returned if there is a text typo DUE TO OUR FAULT. A typo is not due to our fault if it conforms with the preapproved proof.

# LMK MUST be contacted within 10 calendar days of ornament(s) being SHIPPED to you.
# When returned, merchandise and packing must be in original condition
# A copy of the receipt must be included with the return
# A Preapproved RA# must be obtained prior to shipping back. Use our contact form to obtain an RA#
# Ship all ornament(s) needing replacement back to Loving Memory Keepsakes by USPS Ground within five (5) days of receiving RA#.
Loving Memory Keepsakes will issue a refund equal to the cost to ship back to Loving Memory Keepsakes via USPS Parcel Post, to the payment method used to make the purchase.
Loving Memory Keepsakes will cover the cost to reship the purchase item(s)
